Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Senior / Product Specialist in Malaysia to drive sales and promote Bayer's ophthalmology and specialty products. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver scientific information, and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of pharma sales experience, a science or healthcare degree, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare or related field.
• 3–5 years' sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care preferred.
• Key account management experience and/or government hospitals advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products within the territory.
• Develop and implement territory plans to optimize sales potential.
• Conduct regular customer visits, providing scientific information and addressing HCP needs.
• Generate demand for Bayer products through value-based selling and clinical evidence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs in the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Deliver scientific presentations and educational programs to HCPs.
