Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Sr. Product Specialist in Malaysia to drive ophthalmology product sales and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will develop territory plans, visit customers, and present scientific data while adhering to compliance standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HCP needs, manage CRM data, and contribute to business objectives with an ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare or related field.
• 3–5 years’ sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Experience in Ophthalmology is required.
• Key account management experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; team player.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products within the territory.
• Develop and implement territory plans to optimize sales potential via Plan of Action.
• Conduct regular customer visits, providing scientific information and addressing HCP needs.
• Generate demand for Bayer products through value-based selling and clinical evidence.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and medical affairs to address HCP inquiries and provide scientific support.
