Job summary

Bayer AG in Malaysia is seeking a Senior / Product Specialist to promote Bayer's ophthalmology products to healthcare professionals. You will build strong HCP relationships, deliver scientific information, and drive sales within your territory.

You will develop territory plans, use CRM to manage interactions, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales to meet targets while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care preferred.
• Strong HCP engagement and understanding of the healthcare market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products.
• Develop territory plans to optimize sales potential.
• Conduct regular customer visits, providing scientific information to HCPs.
• Generate demand through value-based selling and clinical evidence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HCPs; utilize CRM tools.
