Job summary

KPJ Pharmaserv Alliances Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Operations and Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfilment and distribution of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. You will drive service levels and cost efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate stock control.

You will oversee KPI setting, processes, and team accountability, optimise warehouse space, and push automation and digitalisation initiatives to support growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required and registration as a pharmacist is expected.
• 8–10 years of relevant managerial experience in pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and warehouse functions.
• Ensure readiness and capacity to support business growth across channels.
• Establish KPIs, processes and accountability across the team.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Optimise space utilisation, layout and workflow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimise discrepancies, damages, expiries.
• Ensure timely deliveries and monitor OTIF and other delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with GDP/GDPMD/MOH/NPRA and SOPs.
