Job summary

The RHB Group in Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Personal Financing-i Sales Executive to solicit and promote PF-i products, and to achieve personal and Group KPIs. You will prepare sales plans, set appointments, and engage customers from initial contact through to closing.

You will ensure a superior customer experience, maintain compliance with bank policies, and help keep the sales hub well organized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated with a winning attitude and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Clear interpersonal and service orientation.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of finance and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote PF-i products to achieve sales KPIs.
• Deliver superior customer experience in line with bank standards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and protect the bank's image.
• Maintain and organize the sales centre to meet quality standards.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products where appropriate.
