Job summary

Testbits Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to design and execute performance tests for large-scale systems. You will analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and establish benchmarks to validate behavior under peak load.

Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps teams, preparing clear reports with actionable recommendations. A strong background in JMeter and API testing is required, with 3+ years in Telco or large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, endurance) using JMeter, LoadRunner, and IBM Rational Performance Tester.
• Analyse test results to identify performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, network, database, APIs).
• Establish performance benchmarks and validate system behavior under peak load.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support performance.
• Prepare clear performance test reports with findings and recommendations.
• Support performance.
