Performance testing role in the banking domain requiring expertise in LoadRunner and Jmeter with 3-6+ years of hands-on experience. You will develop and execute performance test scripts, design testing strategies, and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, and Analysis)

Design performance testing strategies and plans based on application architecture and business requirements

Conduct various types of performance tests: load, stress, soak, spike, endurance, and scalability

Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues

Use monitoring tools (e.g., SiteScope, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) to track system behavior during test execution

Develop reusable scripts, parameterize data, and handle correlations as needed

Document test results, create detailed performance test reports, and present findings to stakeholders

Maintain and update test scenarios, scripts, and test data based on application changes

Participate in defect triage and contribute to root cause analysis for performance issues

About you
