MVC Resources in Kuala Lumpur seeks an AI-Native Performance & Growth Marketer to own our paid acquisition engine for B2B SaaS, Fintech, and Web3 ventures. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads (primary), LinkedIn, Meta, and X, and drive high-velocity testing and optimization.

You will lead AI-assisted experiments, CRO, and attribution to scale spend efficiently and build a scalable growth system from the ground up.

The Mission

We are not looking for someone to babysit legacy ad accounts or run a traditional, slow-moving SEO playbook. We are looking for an AI-Native Performance & Growth Marketer to take total ownership of our paid acquisition engine.

You will have the budget, autonomy, and mandate to build a modern, high-velocity growth machine. From audience research and AI-driven creative testing to conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution, you will dictate what we target, where we spend, and how we scale.

Your Playbook (What You'll Do)

• Command the Paid Acquisition Engine: Own and scale campaigns across Google Ads (primary), LinkedIn, Meta, and X. You will manage bidding, budgets, and targeting based on hard business outcomes (CAC, ROAS, Pipeline) rather than vanity metrics.
• Pioneer AI-Driven Creative Testing: Move beyond static creatives. You will leverage AI tools for audience research, copywriting, and rapid creative generation to build high-volume testing systems that find winning angles faster.
• Engineer the Full Funnel: Own the entire journey from the first ad click to a qualified lead. You will build and relentlessly A/B test landing pages, offers, and conversion flows to plug leaks and drive high-intent B2B opportunities.
• Master the Metrics: Build airtight attribution models. You will translate complex performance data into clear, actionable reporting that guides how we allocate our marketing budget.
• Scout & Scale New Channels: Continuously hunt for new acquisition channels, niche communities, and distribution partnerships across the Web3 and AI landscapes to uncover untapped growth loops.

Requirements

• The Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, Fintech, Web3, or professional services.
• The Non-Negotiable: You are a master at Google Ads. You have managed meaningful budgets and can navigate complex B2B search intent.
• The AI Edge: You don't just talk about AI; you actively use tools to accelerate your workflows in research, copy, and campaign optimization.
• The Operator Mindset: You are highly analytical, comfortable working independently, and prefer to build a growth system from the ground up rather than maintaining an existing one.
