Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Specialist, Performance Management to design, implement, and optimize performance management frameworks. You will drive a high-performance culture, ensure fair evaluation processes, and contribute to talent development strategy.

You will lead the annual performance cycle, provide guidance to HR Partners and managers, and collaborate with L&D and Talent Acquisition to integrate PM with broader talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in performance management or HR consulting within financial services.
• Proven track record designing and implementing PM systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and appraisal techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and PM software.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve performance management policies, procedures, and tools.
• Lead the annual performance cycle with goals, mid-year reviews, and calibration.
• Advise HR Business Partners, line managers, and employees on PM.
• Design and deliver PM training programs and workshops.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition on PM alignment.
• Manage and administer PM systems ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Research innovative PM approaches and technologies for competitiveness.
• Facilitate development of KPIs and cascading objectives across departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
