Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in performance management, HR consulting, or related HR specialization, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve performance management policies, procedures, and tools aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and calibration sessions.
• Provide expert guidance and support to HR Business Partners, line managers, and employees on performance management.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops on performance management principles, tools, and effective feedback techniques.
• Analyze performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with other HR functions to integrate performance management with broader talent strategies.
• Manage and administer performance management systems and platforms, ensuring data integrity and user-friendliness.
• Research and recommend innovative performance management approaches and technologies to stay competitive.
• Facilitate development of KPIs and cascading objectives across departments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to performance management.
