This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, focusing on accurate and timely payroll processing for a diverse client base. You will manage end-to-end payroll activities, ensure compliance with Singapore payroll laws, and work with clients to address payroll-related queries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience in a professional services or outsourcing setting.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and labour laws in Singapore.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient with payroll software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes including data collection, input, verification and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations and company policies.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact and build relationships with clients.
• Provide guidance to clients on payroll-related matters.
• Continuously improve payroll processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in transformation initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
