Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced C&B Executive to manage monthly payroll processing and HR operations in Penang. You will verify inputs, reconcile payroll, and maintain confidential records.

The role requires 5–10 years' payroll/HR experience, strong numerical skills, and knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB/MTD. You will liaise with payroll providers and ensure accurate statutory submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or accounting.
• 5–10 years of payroll administration or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing and payroll reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory payroll requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD).
• Experience with HRIS/HR portals and Time & Attendance systems.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential payroll information.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission.
• Prepare and verify payroll inputs such as salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime, attendance and leave.
• Review payroll calculations, identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain accurate payroll and HR system records with approved changes.
• Monitor attendance, overtime and leave and follow up with managers on approvals.
• Coordinate with payroll service providers and act as HR contact for payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD).
• Support payroll reconciliation, submissions, audits and reporting.
