Credo Accounting is seeking a Senior Payroll Executive to join our outsourcing team and manage monthly payroll processing for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will input payroll data, prepare monthly summaries, ensure statutory contributions and tax filings are completed, and maintain client payroll records with strict confidentiality. This role offers a 5-day work week with one work-from-home day and flexi start times.

We're looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to join our outsourcing team and manage monthly payroll processing for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Handle full-cycle monthly payroll processing for a portfolio of clients
Review and input payroll information provided by clients into the payroll system, including salary details, attendance, overtime, claims, salary adjustments, and new joiner/ leaver information
Prepare monthly payroll summary reports for clients’ review and approval within agreed timelines before salary payments are processed.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC and PCB
Handle payroll tax filing requirements, including the preparation/ submission of Form EA, Form E, Form CP21/ CP22/ CP22A
Maintain and update clients’ payroll data and employee personnel files in the payroll system
Liaise with relevant government authorities on payroll compliance matters
Respond promptly to client enquiries on payroll processing and calculations
Assist in improving payroll processes and SOPs to support consistent and quality service delivery
Maintain the confidentiality of all payroll data, records and reports
Undertake other ad-hoc duties and assignments from time to time
At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in payroll, accounting or similar professional services
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, MIA or equivalent qualifications
Able to manage multiple payroll accounts and meet deadlines independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer software applications
5-day work week (Monday – Friday)
Work from home 1 day per week
Flexi work hours - Start time between 8.30am and 9.30am
