Job summary

SILICONWARE PRECISION MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a payroll administrator to manage annual processes for senior management, including performance appraisal, promotions, bonuses, and company-wide salary declarations.

The role covers salary and pension calculations, expatriate transfers, and insurance administration; training in Taiwan may be provided with free accommodation, training allowance, and round-trip airfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Labor or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration or related field.
• Language proficiency: English, Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for annual exercises such as performance appraisal / promotion / bonus / company-wide salary income declaration.
• Responsible for salary / pension calculation, transfer (including expatriates), and insurance administration for senior management.
• Fill in salary-related CSR, customer/competent authority questionnaire and other information.
• Formulate and revise payroll-related WI.
• Other mission assigned by manager.
