Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Senior HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits-Payroll). You will manage payroll operations, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws while supporting daily HR operations.

The role requires 3–5 years' related experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on use of HRIS/payroll systems; you will liaise with vendors and authorities as needed. A competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/BA/Finance or related field is required.
• 3–5 years' experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Hands-on with payroll systems and HRIS; Excel proficiency is essential.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and confidentiality handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, allowances, incentives, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in line with policies and local laws.
• Handle employee benefits administration such as medical insurance, leave management, and claims.
• Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics related to payroll, headcount, and trends.
