KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Service Executive to greet patients, register, manage inquiries, and coordinate appointments with our ophthalmology team.

The role requires a diploma and 1–2 years in customer service; fresh graduates are welcome. You will assist with documentation, GL processing, stock control, and daily front-desk operations to ensure smooth clinic flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or retail.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient registration and follow-up.
• Prepare documentation and apply Guarantee Letter (GL), check GL status, and liaise with Insurance Company when needed.
• Arrange patient appointments according to clinic operation hours.
• Provide quick explanations of eye conditions or services to patients over the counter or by phone.
• Monthly ordering of office supplies to internal purchasing.
• Manage clinic medication stock, ordering, stock checking, and exchanges.
• Prepare daily patient files and keep medical room records neat and tidy.
• Ensure charges are billed properly and collections are accurate.
• Support daily cash closing and documentation.
• Take basic Visual Acuity and operate Auto-refractor machine.
• Discharge/dispense medications to patients.
• Collect patient feedback through surveys.
• Assist in company/marketing events and other duties as instructed.
