Job summary

KPJ Centre for Sight seeks a Customer Service Executive to deliver excellent patient service at the front desk. You will handle registrations, appointments, GL processing, and insurance follow-up, ensuring smooth operations and accurate billing.

The role requires a Diploma in related fields and 1–2 years in customer service, ideally in healthcare or retail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and follow-up.
• Prepare documentation and apply Guarantee Letter (GL); liaise with insurers when needed.
• Schedule patient appointments based on clinic hours and surgeon schedule.
• Manage clinic medication stock and daily file preparation.
• Ensure charges are billed correctly and cash tallies are accurate.
• Support events and collect patient feedback.
