Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a Lead Program Manager for Packaging Operations to oversee complex packaging artwork initiatives and multi-project program management, within an agile cross-functional team.

You will drive SLA‑driven delivery, QA/QC improvements and tooling enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders across branding, marketing and manufacturing, and mentor team members in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in packaging artwork production or related vertical.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large projects in packaging, marketing or branding initiatives.
• Adept at data storytelling – able to present risks and metrics to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packaging artwork initiatives with agility, lead a small project team of 2-5 people or contribute individually.
• Own documentation, changelogs and dashboards for multiple projects in Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.
• Report and elevate progress, metrics and risks to key stakeholders clearly.
