Job summary

Sandisk seeks a PMO Manager/Lead Program Manager to architect and lead a formal PMO within Procurement & Logistics. The role drives governance, standardized execution, and portfolio visibility across global projects.

You will oversee program oversight, tool adoption (Smartsheet, Power BI, Visio, MS Project), and change management to realize savings, risk reduction, and value across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management and procurement transformation.
• Experience building and operating PMOs or governance in procurement, manufacturing or operational functions.
• Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio and Power BI.
• MBA or PMP certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized PMO structure tailored to global Procurement & Logistics operating model.
• Lead high-impact procurement programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Establish tiered governance, steering forums, escalation pathways, and executive portfolio reviews.
• Own portfolio-level prioritization, resource planning, capacity visibility, and governance across savings and category transformations.
• Partner with key functional leads to validate business cases, benefits tracking, and realized value.
