Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 8 years+ procurement related experience.
• Familiar with Contract Manufacturer management and semiconductor assembly and testing industry.

Responsibilities

• Address all aspects of procurement management for Contract Manufacturer (CM), including pricing, procurement support, supplier management, supply-base strategy, market trends assessment.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial and supply agreements with suppliers; set up should-cost studies and lead quarterly negotiations.
• Coordinate procurement activities with manufacturing, quality, planning and engineering; monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction.
