Job summary

NTT DATA India is seeking a senior Enterprise Packaging Lead to drive end-to-end packaging programs for global clients. You will own delivery governance, define operating models, and manage client satisfaction across managed accounts.

The role covers packaging platform architecture, migration projects, CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and senior technical authority on complex drivers and licensing systems. You will mentor India-based engineers and contribute to service offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS or related field.
Experience leading enterprise packaging programs across MSIX/App-V/Intune.
Strong architecture, governance, and client-facing delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application packaging programmes for global enterprise clients — scoping, planning, tool selection, resourcing, delivery governance, and quality assurance.
Own delivery accountability for packaging team SLA performance, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.
Define and govern the packaging factory operating model — intake SLAs, complexity tiering, quality gates, peer review process, and escalation paths.
Lead packaging programme governance reviews — presenting delivery metrics, risk items, and improvement plans to client and delivery management.
Manage packaging engagement expansions, SOW amendments, and effort reforecasting for evolving client requirements.
