Job summary

IBM is seeking a Senior Process Analyst - Procure to Pay (P2P) to support the APAC region. You will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, vendor master management, and invoice processing while ensuring compliance with SLAs and financial controls.

This role requires collaboration with procurement, finance, and suppliers across APAC, offers shift flexibility, and opportunities to drive process improvements and automation within P2P.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Modify, verify and maintain Vendor Master records with data quality governance.
• Ensure accurate invoice receipt and processing per procedures.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors for coding and approvals.
• Manage complex invoice and payment issues, including blocked invoices.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Monitor SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics against targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation in AP.
• Perform invoice and vendor account reconciliations for data accuracy.
• Support audit requests, compliance reviews, and month-end activities.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
