Job summary

TDCX Malaysia seeks a qualified Health and Safety professional to support the development and implementation of OSH policies across sites. You will conduct risk assessments, advise on safety measures, and prepare detailed reports for management.

The role requires strong English communication, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and collaboration with teams to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Safety Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3 years in health and safety role desirable.
• Experience writing health and safety policies and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OSH policies and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
• Prepare reports and provide management with statistics.
