Job summary

Premium Sound Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced HSE Manager to oversee compliance with DOSH, ISO 14001/45001, and other audits. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and continuous safety improvements.

The role requires a DOSH-registered SHO, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage environmental programs and facility safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, OSH, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HSE experience with at least 3 years as DOSH SHO.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH and environmental regulations.
• Experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TISAX, RBA and other audits.
• Oversee environmental management including waste and sewage.
• Coach training, awareness, and safety campaigns.
• Liaise with regulators and maintain HSE documentation.
