Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in OSH or related field.
• Registered or certified OSH Coordinator under Malaysian law.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, construction preferred.
• Knowledge of OSH Act 1994, its regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in establishing and implementing an OSH system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OSH implementation, coordination and admin for multiple companies.
• Develop, implement and improve OSH policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSH Act 1994 and related laws.
• Conduct inspections, audits, HIRARC and monitor corrective actions.
• Organize safety trainings, drills and safety awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate OSH committee meetings and monitor actions.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend improvements.
• Report promptly to DOSH and authorities as required.
• Liaise with authorities on OSH matters and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain MyKKP portal and ensure licenses and permits validity.
