MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive EHS Executive/Senior Executive to ensure safety, health and environmental compliance. You will drive an effective OHSMS, conduct risk assessments, audits, and trainings, while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

The role requires ISO 45001/14001/9001 knowledge, a valid Green Book with DOSH, and 3–5 years of related experience. Based in Penang, you will coordinate statutory compliance and continuously improve EHS

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Environmental, Health, or Safety Engineering or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid Green Book registered with DOSH, Malaysia.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety and health or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and Malaysian safety & health regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, investigation, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments (HIRARC), and implement risk controls.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and safety committee activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and occupational diseases with timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate statutory health surveillance (PMA, PMT, PMD, audiometrics, LEV inspections, CHRA).
• Deliver and evaluate EHS training, inductions, drills, and toolbox talks.
• Manage PPE policies, issuance, use, and inventory control.
• Maintain EHS documentation and prepare periodic management reports.
• Liaise with government agencies, auditors, customers, and stakeholders on EHS matters.
• Oversee emergency response readiness and ERT coordination.
