Job summary

JAC Recruitment International in Malaysia seeks a Senior Order Management Executive to join our team. You will handle inquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and support sales operations with a focus on accuracy and excellent service.

This role requires a Diploma or higher, proficiency in Excel and Word, ERP experience an advantage, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication. Mandarin would be a plus. You will also prepare reports and maintain customer records in CRM.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; ERP experience is an advantage.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-in channels.
• Process customer orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation accurately.
• Manage customer complaints, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and branches to ensure stock availability and delivery fulfillment.
• Prepare reports, maintain customer records, and support promotional pricing updates in CRM System.
