Foresight Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple assembly and CNC machining work centers. You will drive efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, quality, and cost controls in a high‑mix, high‑volume setting.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years in manufacturing operations.
• Experience coordinating across Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations, including production floor operations, manpower deployment, production output, and workflow.
• Execute production plans and ensure targets are achieved according to schedule, quality, productivity, and cost requirements.
• Monitor daily performance, machine utilization, manpower efficiency, capacity, and output across machining work centers.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Production Control, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and process inefficiencies; implement improvement actions to boost efficiency and throughput.
• Monitor and report KPIs including OEE, output, first-pass yield, labor productivity, machine utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives in line with strategy.
• Lead, develop, and coach supervisors and team leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams.
