Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, machining, assembly, quality control, maintenance, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, operating expenses, and manpower requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and operational teams.
