Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of practical manufacturing leadership experience, with strong knowledge of world-class manufacturing and materials management practices.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage large operational teams.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Demonstrated team player with the ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience managing operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in automation, digitalization, and data analytics to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, Lean manufacturing, and shopfloor operational excellence.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to balance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to hit strategic targets across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and P&L financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing, automation, and data analytics.

Job description
