You will lead and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists to ensure robust process controls and sustainable production performance.

You will drive manufacturing workflows, quality standards, and on-time delivery while championing cost optimization, yield improvements, and capacity readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience, including leadership.
• Proven track record in complex production environments and measurable improvements.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing systems, automation, process engineering, and quality methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for equipment, processes, automation systems, and product assembly operations.
• Lead and develop a team of engineering professionals to ensure robust process controls and sustainable performance.
• Establish and continuously enhance workflows to achieve high standards of quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Drive cost optimization, yield enhancement, and efficiency improvements across the operation.
• Guide facility planning, production layout, automation strategy, and workforce planning for throughput.
• Oversee performance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and processes for capacity readiness.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on product requirements and design-for-manufacturing alignment.
• Lead early-stage engagement for NPI to ensure smooth production transition from development.

• Lead early-stage engagement for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure smooth transition from development to full-scale production.
• Apply structured risk assessment tools and data-driven methodologies to identify process vulnerabilities and forecast manufacturing requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 9 years’ progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing complex production environments and driving measurable operational improvements.
