Job summary

Boardroom Group is seeking professionals to join our teams in Malaysia to support service delivery across investor onboarding, redemptions, transfers and ongoing unit-holder maintenance. You will lead day-to-day registry operations, ensuring controls, reconciliations and service levels are met while collaborating with risk and compliance teams.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, capacity planning for peak periods, and proactive reporting to prevent client-impacting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own daily registry delivery across investor onboarding, applications, redemptions, transfers, switches, distributions, unit-holder maintenance and communications.
• Ensure transaction cut-offs, authorizations, cash and unit reconciliations, exception handling and client-specific service levels are met with clear ownership.
• Maintain capacity planning for BAU demand, fund launches, distributions, tax cycles, corporate actions and peak events.
• Provide accurate, timely operational reporting and proactively manage aged items, incidents, complaints and client-impacting exceptions.
• Operate a documented first-line control framework covering maker-checker controls, reconciliations, access and data quality.
