Krypton Fund Services is seeking an experienced Head of Fund Administration in Malaysia to lead the fund administration operations, delivering strong control and continuous improvement across Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency/Investor Services. The role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, client management and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead FundAccounting oversight, ensure accurate NAV delivery per policies and SLAs.
• Oversee TA/Investor Services, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions.
• Maintain investor records, onboarding and KYC/AML requirements, investor reporting where applicable.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and financial statements preparation align with governance.
• Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiency across fund admin.

FundAccounting

• ProvideoverallleadershipandoversightoftheFundAccountingfunction.
• OverseeaccurateandtimelycalculationanddeliveryofNAVsinaccordancewithfunddocumentation,valuationpoliciesandagreedSLAs.
• Overseedaily/weekly/monthlyNAVprocesses,includingpricing,accruals,expenses,income,corporateactionsandreconciliations.
• EnsureappropriatereviewandresolutionofNAVbreaks,pricingexceptionsandaccountingissues.
• Overseemanagementandperformancefeecalculationswhereapplicable.
• Overseeaccuratepreparationoffundfinancialstatementsandregulatoryreporting.
• Ensureappropriateescalationandresolutionofoperationalandaccountingissues.
• Maintainrobustoperationalcontrolsandensureadherencetoproceduresandpolicies.

TransferAgency&InvestorServices

• ProvideoverallleadershipandoversightoftheTransferAgency&InvestorServicesfunction.
• Overseetheprocessingofsubscriptions,redemptions,transfersanddistributions.
• Ensureaccuratemaintenanceofinvestorregistersandinvestorrecords.
• OverseeinvestoronboardingandongoingKYC/AMLrequirements.
• EnsurecompliancewithFATCA,CRSandotherapplicableinvestorreportingrequirements.
• Manageinvestorandclientescalations,ensuringissuesareresolvedwithinagreedservicestandards.
• Driveimprovementsininvestorservicing,workflowandoperationalefficiency.

• Leadanddevelopahigh-performingFundAdministrationteamacrossFundAccountingandTransferAgency.
