Job summary

Hytech, a management consulting company, is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to support customer data review, account opening, and document verification.

You will handle customer requests via email and live chat, report departmental data, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues, including processing withdrawals. 3–5 years of related experience required; English and Mandarin proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or customer service.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency required for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data and open accounts.
• Verify documents submitted by clients within specific regions.
• Handle customer requests via email or live chat.
• Collect and report departmental data.
• Cooperate with various departments to communicate and resolve matters.
• Process withdrawals.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
