Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking an Operations Customer Service Specialist to support B2B client experience. You will implement SOPs, monitor SLA performance, and resolve complex client issues while coordinating across accounts and platforms.

In this role, you will oversee deposits, withdrawals, KYC, and documentation, guiding a team to deliver exceptional service within a fast-paced fintech-focused environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in Customer Service/Operations/QAQC/Policy making/SOP is preferred.
• Fintech industry exposure and supervisory experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve SOPs for customer service and operations.
• Monitor SLA performance and service quality (OPCS).
• Handle escalated and complex client issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide client support and manage inquiries across accounts, products, and platforms.
• Oversee deposits, withdrawals, KYC, and documentation while leading the team.
