Job summary

ZALORA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an analytical, process-oriented professional to support analysis and lead core projects to improve operations in our Southeast Asia fulfillment centers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative field and 1–3 years of experience in project management or process improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop KPI reports, and drive data-driven operational enhancements across the OMS and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 1–3 years in project management or process improvement.
• Experience with warehouse or supply chain transformation.
• Proficient in Excel; SQL/Looker preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operation processes and large datasets to gather insights.
• Implement tech-supported improvements in the OMS system.
• Prepare structured business cases to evaluate opportunities.
• Create flow charts, SOPs, and project documentation.
• Support project planning, stakeholder communication, and execution.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress.
• Create KPI reports for Operations leaders and project stakeholders.
