Job summary

ELSA seeks a seasoned Drilling Supervisor to represent the company at well sites and oversee daily drilling contractor operations. You will ensure work adheres to the drilling program, enforce HSE requirements, and provide technical guidance for major operational problems including well control and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• IWCF Level 4 (Drilling) certification.
• 15 years' experience in well engineering/drilling operations.
• 10 years' experience as Drilling Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Represent the COMPANY at the well site and oversee daily operations of the Drilling Contractor.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and per the Drilling Program.
• Enforce site-specific HSE requirements and company policies.

Education

Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering
