The role requires senior technical leadership, operational excellence, and broad oversight from planning through execution. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years in drilling supervision, 5+ years in deepwater, IWCF Level 4, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Drilling Superintendent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in deepwater drilling operations.
• IWCF Level 4 certification is required.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling operations for safe, efficient project execution.
• Review drilling programs, well plans, and procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and project teams.
• Monitor performance and address drilling challenges.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Manage resources, equipment, and schedules.
• Support incident investigations and continuous improvement.
• Mentor drilling engineers throughout project execution.
