Job summary

Elsa Talent is seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the wellsite. You will ensure work adheres to the Drilling Program, enforce HSE requirements, and provide technical support for well control and emergencies. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Applicants should hold a relevant engineering degree, IWCF Level 4, and 10+ years in supervising drilling operations. Proficiency with industry drilling software is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• IWCF Level 4 (Drilling) certification.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in well engineering / drilling operations.
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience as Drilling Supervisor.
• Knowledge of drilling engineering software: Compass, Wellplan, WellCAT, StressCheck, Openwell, Drillbench, WellBarrier.

Responsibilities

• Represent the COMPANY at the well site and supervise daily drilling operations.
• Ensure work is efficient, safe, and in line with the Drilling Program.
• Enforce site HSE requirements and policies.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot major operational problems (well control and emergencies).
• Prepare loadout lists and material reconciliations; maintain accurate documentation.
