The ideal candidate holds IWCF Level 4, a bachelor in petroleum/mechanical engineering, and has 15+ years in well engineering and drilling supervision, with a proven track record in cost control and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• IWCF Level 4 (Drilling) – valid and current.
• 15+ years in well engineering/drilling operations.
• 10+ years as Drilling Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Represent the COMPANY at the well site and oversee daily drilling operations.
• Ensure work is done safely, efficiently, and per the Drilling Program.
• Enforce site HSE requirements and policies.
• Troubleshoot major operational problems (well control/emergencies).
• Prepare loadout lists and end-of-well material reconciliation.
