United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the bank’s recruitment agenda across functions and levels. You will shape the TA strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive data-informed decisions, innovate sourcing and employer branding, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies to support UOB's

Come grow your career with us. **Job Responsibilities**As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading and executing United Overseas Bank Ltd.'s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the bank attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent across all levels and functions.* Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with UOB's business objectives and growth plans.* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding for all roles within the bank.* Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices.* Leverage data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize talent acquisition processes and strategies.* Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies, technologies, and employer branding initiatives to enhance UOB's attractiveness as an employer of choice.* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and other talent partners.* Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget effectively.
