Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Operation Officer in UOB Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the bank's operations department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. Key Responsibilities

• 1. Processing Transactions: Prepare and process transactions such as stop payments, account closures, and refunds according to the set procedures.
• 2. Monitor Account Statements: Regularly monitor account statements for any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
• 3. Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts and provide prompt responses.
• 4. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all transactions and correspondence for future reference.
• 5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the bank to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• 6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on transaction processing and account monitoring activities.
