Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a seasoned post-sales engineer to support mega projects across SEA, Japan and Korea. You will provide thermal solution guidance, review documents, and coordinate with pre-sales, service and project teams to ensure successful deployment of Vertiv thermal products.

This role emphasizes hands-on site coordination, commissioning support, and documentation management, with a focus on ensuring project scope, compliance, and timely hand-over to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years as an application engineer in Data Centre/telecommunications.
• Excellent technical understanding and knowledge of thermal management products.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ICA Technical Reviews to ensure buildability and budget compliance.
• Attend post-sales documentation and hand-over activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize cost and technical soundness.
• Manage revisions and updates post Purchase Order and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate site commissioning and test scripts with service and PM teams.
• Promote continuous improvement with lessons learned from projects.
