Qualifications

• . Bachelor’s degree in SCM or Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years in supervisory/management role.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with strong customer interface.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of PM processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Team.
• Manage key customer projects and resolve issues.
• Coordinate requirements gathering through product acceptance.
• Oversee New Customer Introduction, New Product Introduction, and product transfers.
• Define roles and align stakeholders.
• Provide PM training, processes, metrics and reporting.
• Forecast budgets and HR needs for current and future needs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies.
