Job summary

IoTronix Technologies Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex EMS and automotive-focused NPI programs from RFQ to mass production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage APQP/PPAP activities, and ensure milestones, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in project/program management within EMS/electronics, with automotive customer exposure preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
PMP certification is an advantage.
APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 or Automotive Core Tools training is preferred.
Minimum 5 years in project/program management in EMS/electronics manufacturing.
Automotive customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans with schedules, milestones, and resources.
Lead NPI projects from kick-off to mass production and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
Maintain accurate project docs including meeting minutes and status reports.
Identify risks and drive cross-functional mitigation plans.
Coordinate resources to meet customer requirements, timelines, cost, and quality objectives.
Oversee delivery planning and ensure On-Time Delivery within cost parameters.
Coordinate costing activities for materials, labor, overhead to support profitability.
Prepare status reports, KPI dashboards, cost analyses, and management presentations.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, and Sales to resolve issues.
For Automotive projects, coordinate APQP, PPAP, ECN/ECR, validation, and readiness per IATF16949.
