invites a senior NPI/PM professional to drive new product introductions in our semiconductor manufacturing environment in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role requires 7+ years in product development, manufacturing or project management, with deep knowledge of semiconductor processes and packaging, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver prototypes to mass production on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
7+ years in product development, manufacturing, or project management.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Proficient in scheduling and tracking software (MS Project, Smartsheet).
Experience defining packaging architectures and process flows.
Lead NPI from prototype to mass production, on time and within budget.
Cross-functional coordination across Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
Identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks to keep launches on track.
Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
Budget management for NPI programs.

Responsibilities

Lead the NPI development cycle from prototype to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
Act as central point linking Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Draft DFM and evaluate designs for manufacturability at scale.
Identify bottlenecks and mitigate risks to keep launches on track.
Ensure prototypes and batches meet internal quality metrics and regulatory requirements.
Manage NPI budgets and evaluate financial impact of design decisions.
