Job summary

Bridgenet Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced network security professional to own technology domains, deploy and configure security solutions, and oversee regional operations. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate with project managers to meet timelines.

The role requires 3–5 years of deployment experience, strong Cisco-based expertise, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree/diploma in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of operational and project deployment experience.
• Proven experience deploying, configuring, and managing enterprise network solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own relevant technologies by domain or specialization.
• Deploy, implement, and configure network security solutions to safeguard client's infrastructure.
• Lead project execution and coordinate with pre-sales & sales teams as needed.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions and train junior staff.
• Update incident tickets and meet contractual SLAs.
