Job summary

Private Advertiser in Puchong, Selangor, seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network. This on-site role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, security, and cloud networking to support business operations.

You will lead network initiatives, monitor performance, conduct audits, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and security across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in network engineering and administration.
• Proficient in network design, implementation and management across large-scale environments.
• CCNP or equivalent certifications (e.g., JNCP) and experience with Cisco/Juniper gear.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize systems.
• Manage security: firewalls, VPNs, and IDS.
• Conduct regular network audits for compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and minimize downtime.
• Plan upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with IT teams for requirements and continuity.
• Document configurations and procedures; maintain docs.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and mentor staff.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools.
