Job summary

Achieve Group in Malaysia seeks an Infrastructure Specialist (Network) to manage and enhance our IT network and infrastructure environment. You will ensure stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of network and infrastructure systems.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or IT, at least 6 years of hands-on experience in network and infrastructure support, and CCNA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in network and infrastructure support.
• CCNA certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, servers, VMware, Azure, O365, backup/restore, VPN, VLAN, IDS/IPS, WAF, and security solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure and network projects from planning to configuration.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networks, servers, VMware, and security devices.
• Manage UAT, Production, and DR environments.
• Conduct security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and patching.
• Support audits, vendor management, and documentation.
• Provide timely technical support, including after-hours incidents.
