Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks an experienced and results-driven Operations leader to manage WRB operations within SC GBS, supporting multiple regions. This role focuses on achieving service standards, implementing new processing platforms, documenting processes, and driving risk and compliance adherence while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in banking, finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience managing large scale operations with focus on service quality and risk control.
• Proficient in MS 365, Excel (macros/V-Lookup) and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capacity management and workforce utilization to meet service standards.
• Ensure accurate settlements and end-to-end processing quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through automation and process improvement.
• Lead change initiatives and STP/transformation efforts across operations.
• Maintain strong risk controls and regulatory compliance across Wealth, Retail and Business Banking.
• Drive exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
